Read the week shown in the film
Avin connects AI specialists across your business departments. The film follows an example week with business owner Nina Keller. All data shown is fictional.
- Monday
- Lea joins the team. The HR specialist prepares her contract, workspace and first day; Projects handles scheduling. Nina approves the welcome email.
- Tuesday
- A customer enquiry becomes a quote. The Knowledge specialist finds earlier quotes and pricing rules. Sales prepares a draft for Nina to review and approve.
- Wednesday
- Procurement reconciles supplier invoices and flags discrepancies. Finance prepares the month-end close and payment run. Nina remains responsible for approval.
- Thursday
- The Contracts specialist spots a deadline in the warehouse lease. Nina chooses to renegotiate and approves the prepared letter. Customer replies are also ready for review.
- Friday
- The weekly review brings completed approvals together. Marketing has prepared the newsletter and Projects has planned next week. Nina reviews the overview and approves.

Any questions?
[email protected] ↗How is Avin different from an AI chat?
Avin connects approved company knowledge with recurring tasks and defined approvals. It answers questions with sources and can initiate agreed internal workflows. It does not replace specialist software. Direct integration with accounting software is not part of the first version.
Who is the trial for?
Companies with around fifteen or more employees and recurring office work. The first workflows come from fiduciary services. For other industries, we check suitability together. The product for customer teams is still being built; we agree on scope, data and prerequisites before starting.
What happens after the free month?
You explicitly decide whether to move to a paid plan. Without opting in, your trial ends without a paid subscription. Only the paid plan has a three-month notice period after the first six months. The product model includes a full export in readable files.
What can the AI decide on its own?
Runs independently: Approve it once, then it runs without asking again. Internal, reversible work such as recording, reconciliation and deadline checks.
Presents for approval: The work is ready. A person confirms. Quotes, correspondence and anything with a recipient.
Asks first: Permission first. Then work begins. Unusual activity, new clients or agreed amount thresholds.
Nothing goes outside without a person. No email to a third party. No file sent externally. No payment. This boundary cannot be switched off.
Which areas are planned?
The first set of responsibilities was built for accounting firms. Here it is shown in industry-neutral terms. For other industries, we review what fits and what needs adapting together.
- Accounting · Core
- Record receipts and reconcile payments. Never initiates payments. No connection to accounting software in the first version.
- Order management · Core
- Support ongoing work and prepare correspondence. For accounting firms: client engagement management. Can prepare drafts. Never sends without a person.
- Company knowledge · Core
- Answer questions about the business and identify the source. Reads and answers. Changes nothing. Cannot see personnel or confidential information.
- Quotes · Optional
- Prepare a quote according to your rules. Can prepare a draft. Never sends without a person.
- Deadlines · Optional
- Check deadlines and flag missing documents internally. Internal notifications are possible. Never sends reminders externally without a person.
- People · Being defined
- The specific routines are still being defined. A separate access level. Invisible to every other responsibility.
- Oversight · Always included
- Show activities and knowledge gaps in a weekly review. Cannot be disabled. Never evaluates individual people.
How do we handle your data?
The model provider and data processing arrangements have not yet been finalised. Contractual and legal requirements must be resolved before setup and operation with client data.
This is the separation planned for the product. What works internally is being developed further for use with client teams.
In normal operation, Averion sees system health, errors and usage, not client data. Access may be necessary during an escalation.
Manipulation through injected content is not a solved problem for language models. We do not claim complete security.
