Professional is CHF 3'490 a month. For that you get a department that runs from the first month, and you carry no recruiting risk.

All prices exclusive of VAT. Monthly subscription, after the first six months with three months' notice.

A good subscription is clear about its boundaries, too.

Payroll stays with your accountant

We don't run your payroll. Your fiduciary keeps doing that, and she should. We work with her, not against her, and deliver clean input to her every month.

Legal advice stays with your lawyer

We are not a law firm. In cases with significant legal risk we bring in your lawyer and prepare everything so that their hours stay short.

Recruitment support, not placement

We don't place staff for a success fee. We deliver recruiting support: job ad, channel choice, pre-screening, interviews, rejections. The hiring happens at your company, the decision is yours.

For teams of 15 or more

We won't take you on as a client if you have fewer than 15 employees. Our model is too big for you at that size, and we'd rather tell you now than after the setup.

Personal support has a capacity limit

We don't take on unlimited clients. Quality depends on one person, and one person has a capacity. When we are full, you go on a waiting list.

If you grow past the limit of your package, you move to the next one. We tell you before it happens, not on the invoice.
